Rolf, a trained Industrial Manager, joined the recycling sector in 1980 and has been working in the plastics sector from the start. After ten years of experience in a range of different companies he established R.PLAST GmbH. With his intuition and a wealth of ideas, he has helped his company to achieve continual growth. He has never been motivated by profit. His approach has always been "to do everything as well as possible – and better than what I have seen at the others." Or, to quote Gustave Flaubert:

Martin has a degree in Business and Economics (Dipl.-Kaufmann and Dipl.-Betriebswirt (FH)). During his studies, he primarily focused on finance, tax and law. After working as a Management Consultant in leading international consulting firms he met Rolf Treutlein in 1997 and has always looked forward ever since.
